Re: Mafia 2 released... I brought the game and honestly, I expected too much. The story is good, don't get me wrong but it feels like an unfinished game somewhat.
And the worst thing of the game is PhysX... I can't imagine they've chosen this physics piece of crap. Not everyone has a second Nvidia Geforce lying around to function as a physics card. Plus, Nvidia PURPOSELY made PhysX run bad on CPUs. Havok would have made more sense.
And the city... well... it's beautiful, lots of activity... but that's it. It's only a painting, you can't do much in it. The purpose of the game is to drive to each mission.
It's a shame because the city has SO much potential it's sad.
All in all, it's a good game with HUGE missed potentials. |
