Re: So, Hotfile is throttled? During What Times? If true then this is despicable behavior by BHell et al. People pay good money for premium accounts only to get crippled value because of BHell et al high handedness and stupidity. You should complain to to the Megaupload people and say companies such as BHell are hurting their business.
