Real-world performance fro tests at Telstra indicate that speeds will range between 9 Mbps and 25 Mbps.

9mbps is already readily achieved on all of the data cards. As long as they can upgrade the backhauls, I would venture a bet that 18mbps is going to be easily achievable on 42mbps hspa+
