Speeds Throttled

I have both a Data Jack MIFI and just got a Virgin Mobile unlimited plan.

Data Jack hits 1.0mpbs on a speed test while Virgin Mobile hits 600kpbs. What a crock of crap!!! I went to Virgin mobile to delete my cricket air card and now its the same dam speed.
