$40 is cheap?!? You guys have really been brainwashed.
For cellular yes. But in 1998 I had 5mbs internet for only $16 a month. Compared to that it's expensive.(although after the $60 discount my FiOS 35/35 service is $30 each month.)

I've had the Virgin Mobile cellular broadband since it was first launched in 2009. My speeds are still the same now as it was back then. I'll easily hit over 1mbs speeds in some areas and less in other. As long as I have the fast connection I'll get over 500kbs speeds. But if it drops down to 1X speeds will suffer greatly. But this has always seemed to dependent on my signal strength.

Are you writing about megabits and kilobits (per your capitalization), or megabytes and kilobytes?

Right...In 1960, I paid 22 cents a gallon for gasoline.
That was then....it is NOW that counts.
