Unfortunately for me I'm coming out of a remote, so I'm stuck at 3Mbps anyways despite the remotes in my area being more than capable of having ADSL2+ / higher than 3Mbps speeds coming out of them. I've seen them push 7Mbps speeds out of those, and I've also seen even the older remotes running ADSL2+.
