Re: about time sounds like you're out of the range of the base-station. it's not their fault you can't get service. It's that you signed up and kept a service that does not work at your location. |

| yah it is your fault. You believed the salesman when you could have looked to see how far you are away from a tower. The sales person's job is to sell you the product and get it out. They're told to tell you anything to get you to buy the product. You must not have been aware of that.
but again; your fault for buying it. and as far as more towers, should and are are two different things in retail/sales. next time check the companies website to see if you're covered.
