You know I could provide you with the same level of phone service that Virgin Mobile does. Send me your money each month and I'll give you the same thing that they give you......NOTHING....SERVICE OUTAGE....CRASHED.......What a joke.

I'd give them a couple months to work out the quirks. They probably way underestimated how many people would sign up for this plan and weren't prepared.
