We don't have a specific launch date and I anticipate it being a few months away but am happy that those should be available to our clients. I don't have any specific details at this point though. All signs point to us getting the service in the near future but I don't have anything definitive at this point. As I get more detail i will let you know. It depends on the package and service so I couldn't say for sure. In most cases there is no charge for upgrading though. I would assume that it would be the case depending on if the Telco charges any fees.
