Although I have often considered installing an SSD on my PS3 How many games are like WoW? as in how many can you just move the game and update the desktop shortcut and be fine. because then you could have a 1TB+ storage drive and shift currently being played games to the SSD.

Well another possible option is backup and restore of the entire system to a larger SSD or a RAID array with an added SSD for more space.
I run a Windows Home Server so I’m guessing that wouldn’t be much of a problem, although, reactivation of Windows 7 may be necessary. |
