Re: Upgraded :) I recently bought a corsair SSD and my old Q6600 boots up in under 45 seconds where with my old HD it took nearly 3 minutes.

My core 2 duo boots an old well used and bloated vista 64 from a hd in 45 seconds. My i7 boots win 7 from an intel ssd in 15 seconds. |

westside | im waiting too for the prices to come down but my system is pretty good so far it can boot within 25secs. I dont have alot of programs installed on this system. So whats the verdict on win 7 if i did get the ssd ill prolly upgrade to win 7.

Once the price comes down to current harddrive levels then yea. |
