Canonsburg, PA | What crime? As I pointed out in a previous post most who casually "share" without permission over the internet are guilty of a tort rather than a crime. No it doesn't make doing wrong right but there is a huge difference between a tort and a crime. |

The real crime here is something policy wise that will effect us is being done out of our oversight.
Any rules made in secret that require leaks are only going to cause harm to the public and the consumer.
It is too bad there is not a constant stream of leaks of this to Wikileaks because the full skinny on the ACTA being leaked is not against any laws since its not classified as secret(otherwise it could never be a law).
