Edit: Ah nvm.. Have to have broadband to use.. With lack of deployment and upcoming caps.. What is the point of these features? I"m not gonna pay what i'm guessing will be 5 dollars per gigabyte to download shows that i can get passively through satellite for one cost.. And if satellite gets on the per show band wagon, screw it.. I'll go without.. | |

Cell phones in a way already have metered billing depending on your plan.. So, in what I have to compare it with, it has everything to do with it, and yet nothing.. If metered billing takes hold, then these extra streaming services may become too pricey to even bother with them. Its sad really that greed from both user and provider has started this scary and regressive trend towards technology.. | |

My area will not benefit from it, but the section to "help" get broadband in your community is a good thing.. I submitted to support the fiber conduit to be installed along with roads in this country.. this country needs a solid network, and this is a positive step | |
