Some clever BBR staffer write pgm mine FCC test data?
Maybe some clever BBR staffer could write a tool using the FCC broadband speed test API that would allow BBR users to interrogate the speed test data based on location.

This data is calculated nightly and includes all tests to date performed through the consumer broadband test.
That would be a great addition to the BBR tool chest:
