you will have to pay ATT. You'll still be getting the service from them. The only thing the 360 is going to do is get rid of the STB by using that.

I meant you'll still most likely have to pay a monthly STB fee for the privelege of turning something you already own into a STB. And pay Microsoft for the privelege to use the box you own via a Gold membership. I'd pass if U-Verse were available here, which it's not.
