| Higher speed packages... I've been calling HT every now and then over the past few years to see if my CO supports anything higher than 3000/768. I've always been willing to pay more for it, too.
Well, today I decided to go ahead and order RR. As a kind of last hurrah, I made another call to HT to see about speed packages. I'm now told that yes, I can get 7mbit service now (not 11, though)... and my overall bill will be less than I pay now. I tell them to go for it.
I also ask when that service first started in Kihei... the rep tells me it's been there for over a year! 
I'll update my HT review once things are up and running properly.

| Thanks! I am a bit disappointed my home connection does not meet requirements for the full 1mpbs upload (or the 11mpbs downstream package).
Having 7mbit, however, does mean I don't really need to look at cable service.
