Poor Apple, hurt because they denied the phone had an issue, a BIG issue.

If they would just f'ing man up and ADMIT these issues when they pop up, instead of denying the issue, they wouldn't lose money.
Of course Apple will say "if you took advantage of the free bumper/case program you cannot receive a replacement".
No doubt they will pull this.
