If they would just f'ing man up and ADMIT these issues when they pop up, instead of denying the issue, they wouldn't lose money.
Admitting there was an issue publically would cost them more sales. I remember reading a rumor that they're planning on unveiling a fixed version of the phone later this month.
And lying about it probably cost them a lot more then not admitting it.
