I signed up for 3Web internet and home phone a month ago - switching from Bell - HUGE MISTAKE !!
After 20 days of service over the live Bell line, when Bell finally deactivated the line and my internet and phone died on me momentarily, 3Web "Discovered" that I need a dry loop, for which I should wait for a technician to come - takes 5 business days !! - it actually took 10 days - all without telephone, nor intenet, nor security system at home (by the way security stops working with VoIP phone line - don't trust them saying it will work just fine after the switch !).
When finally day comes that Bell tech should show up - he never did !
I called CSR's that day 5 times - to only hear all the same : wait, tech will show up, he is running late etc.etc..

Amazing how good the CSR's are trained to talk you down without giving you any resolution, they would not transfer you to their supervisor - no way !
Seems like CSR's got fired the same minute they connect you to the higher support level !
Finally at 6 pm that day I called again - I was desperate without any connections from home - and what they told me : "Unfortunately, there is "no more room in your area within 6 km radius from your home, you area is "overpopulated" !!!! How would you like this ? It's not overpopulated for Bell !
After a month of my signing in, paid over $200 for "Services" I never had, and after 10 days waiting for service to be fixed - this ridiculous reason CSR gave me - just knocked me off my feet, I started laughing thru tears....
More ridiculous internet provider I have never seen in my life !!
I am back to old Bell now for good.
People, stay as far as possible from 3WEB no matter how low the price they offer - it's the worst ISP ever exist. |
