I've seen improvements in NYC itself, but just a bit outside of NYC (as in Westchester) I continue to see dropped calls like hot potatoes and coverage issues driving or wandering through major, major areas.
Same with Jersey City. It's the only area where i experience dropped calls. -- I found the key to success but somebody changed the lock.
