kudos:5 | What's one side's call quality mean when in a 2-sided call? I have VZW and I frequently have poor-quality calls. I don't always call VZW numbers (and I really don't know when I'm calling or not calling VZW numbers).
JD Power does consumer ratings, so all I really get from this is that VZW customers think more of VZW than other subscribers think of their own providers. But, I'm not very assured that these people actually are having better-quality calls. It's quite possible that VZW has just done work in managing their image.
