According to that chart - AT&T actually 'beat' VZW and Sprint in the North Central region, and tied for 'Average'.
A little too aggressive on your story, Karl. |

I don't have the charts in front of me, but briefly looked at them yesterday. I noticed that while you are technically correct, when AT&T won, it was by the slimmest of margins. When they lost, it was by a landslide. In the areas AT&T won, it wasn't like they had great service, it's just that the others were a tiny bit worse. |

A little too aggressive on your story, Karl. Yes, my mistake. There was one market where they were simply tied for "mediocre." Every other market they came in last place or tied for last place.
North Central I assume would be old SBC HQ territory? |
