Getting nowhere on the straight censorship argument because many countries LOVE censorship, Google is going to try and drag the whole issue in to the WTO and turn it into court fights using international trade agreements. I don't think they will get anywhere using that tactic. WTO hearings will usually sidestep issues where labor rules and protective tariffs aren't the main issues.
