I am much happier with Verizon both for their call coverage area and their customer service.
Now you have heard from a Verizon customer talking about something other than a problem or complaint.

Well i really meant people i interact with day to day in places i go, i'm sure elsewhere the coverage might be different. I still set aside a canister of salt for these "studies", even ones that put att as best.

| Both JD Power and Consumer Reports consistently rank Verizon at the top. More important than what the studies say, however, is what each customer's personal experience is with their service. As noted, I tried both. Personally, I have been much happier with Verizon. If you are happy with AT&T than that is what is important.
