Nobody is going to use a limited license that doesn't allow you to make money or forces you to pay someone else, period.
Tell that to all of the product developers/manufactures utilizing Linux and supporting the GPL. You can utilize software limited by a license and still make money. Flash back 10ish years when MS wasn't worried about open source-based products.
