Some of the features are pretty cool, but I'm not paying for texting so the service is useless, especially considering you agree to allow unsolicited texts from Comcast when you sign up.
Comcast has a nice iPhone app. They should add the functionality that's currently only available via text messaging to the iPhone app. --

so yea, useless to you.. TOTALLY a quick tool for many others... there are people with out app based phones as well.. any phone, even flips, can use this. I find it totally useful to more users than none. It allows any phone to work with it.
