Collegeboy.....what an ironic name after what I've read. At any rate, BBs doesn't need to tell their people/customers anything. BBs already have a strong proven track record with their equipment. The iPhone does not.
Bah...disagree with this one. BB does email VERY well, but the BB Curves we had were pure crap. The tech support people went as far as to tell us we had to pull the battery every day or two to reset the phone for it to work properly. Uhhh..no!
Haven't had the same problems with our iPhones.

So someone tell me how do you do a hard reset on an iPhone?
And don't say they never need a hard reset.
Best of luck

If I put my dog's feces up for sale and called it an iturd some apple moron would buy it..of this I am CERTAIN.

Press and hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together for about 10 seconds. I had to do this a few times with my new iPhone 4, but not since updating it to iOS 4.1.
