I mean, Apple sells over 4 million iphone 4 units..but only gives away 50K bumpers. maybe customers have decided to use another case. maybe customers don't like the material, or design of bumper.
Either way, spinning an engineering mistake into : Our customers don't mind at all" is just shill.
