reply to Bill Kula

but why bother calling?

I live within the city limits of one of Verizon's home-base cities (Baltimore) and I can't get any higher than 1.5Mbps. I PAY for "up to" 3Mbps but they can't deliver it to me. And I can't imagine they will ever improve the infrastructure here, it'd cost a fortune (old above-ground phone lines). And now they are announcing 10, and all of you have 7?? and I can't get 3?? This country is going to fall way behind most of the rest of the world because our infrastructure is held hostage to the profit motive. I have third world internet. Verizon should be so proud.
