| [Help] Sync/ No Surf issue with all DSL modems Good day,
Previously using a D-Link DSL2540U DSL modem, various Huawei DSL modems and even a Cisco router we were able to connect to our DSL service from our local ISP. Recently the service has become unstable to the point where it falls anwhere from every 30 minutes to 2 hours. From initial research I found that it could potentially be a sync, no surf problem on the D-Link modem but with investigation I found that this is occurring with all models that are listed above. Has anyone experienced on any network and was there a solution? As there are not many ISPs in this local the option to move to another ISP is unfortunately not viable. Is the problem to do with possible DSLAMs configuration, line quality, modem firmware or AAA servers? |
