if TO residents want to see snow, come to London (or Lucan or Exeter, just north of the city as they are right in the snow belt), or even better, Owen Sound during the winter...or if they dare, Nfld and Labrador where they get several meters of snow.
Just stopped by Walmart to pick up Civ V and something for supper. Cars are missing windshields, siding missing on houses. Some cars half under water, Metrobus being taken off streets.
