I work as a third party vendor for AT&T. And you are absolutely right. AT&T never gives us the full infromation that they give their "actual empoyees" even though we generate so much capitol for their company. At the same time we don't get paid nearly as much as actual employees nor do we get benefits. So as far as not getting good customer service. Try calling 300 people a day and constantly getting hung up on or cursed out daily for 8 to 10 hours... Yes my job sucks but it pays the bills. So I apologize for any misinformation that any of our customers get.
