Re: Inbound caller id showing 12 numbers Well I changed providers and my problems have gone away. Same hardware and no more extra digits in the caller id string.
Having said that, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff at Callcentric. We had a problem that could not be resolved and that is the only reason I left.
Callcentric has always responded in a prompt, fair and professional manner. Excluding the one minor glitch I had the service always worked flawlessly and their support is top notch. They went above and beyond the call of duty to try and resolve my problem but it just did not work out. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly if given the opportunity. |
