I also have had many problems with refilling my own cartridge or buy remanufactured ones. I always make a mess when pourin the new toner and wheil at first the prints look fine, they degrade quickly. I now only get the company's replacement cartridghes. To save money I buy hte high capacity cartridges, which helps a lot. ControlP
