Aves were leading the Flames 2-0 but now 6 minutes into the 3rd it's 3-2 Aves. Flames are fighting back. As a Canucks fan I have to pull for the Aves. FaxCap |

This is fun, 13-14 games left in the season, and the fight for the real season is at full boil. Regardless if the Flames make the post season, they've been a team. They just worked and earned all the games. Win or lose, gotta love that. |

That could be costly in the playoffs.......given how good Kane has been. |

Some very important games today....Bos vs Wash and Sens have to win if they ever hope to catch those 2 teams. It'd be great to see more Canadian teams in the playoffs but ,they have to pick it up. |

The Hamburgler is now 10-0-1. At the end of the shootout win tonight (what a stop on Giroux to seal the win!), someone threw a hamburger on the ice and he went over, picked it up, and skated off holding it over his head. This kid is a total fairytale come true, and he's as humble and down-to-earth as he possibly could be. His smile says it all.
Detroit = octopi Florida = rats Toronto = waffles / Leafs sweaters Ottawa = hamburgers?

As long as Hammond doesn't get an "El Kabong" to the noggin courtesy of a dirty Habs player, he'll do alright methinks (Reimer has never been the same since that first concussion, NVM the one after that) NefCanuck |

Rule changes for next season» espn.go.com/nhl/story/_/ ··· -changesthe 3 on 3 is what I'd like to see,but it would kill more SOs and the sport's lottery bets. |

Even as a disgruntled Leaf fan and obviously no Sens fan, I'm actually checking the scores at the end of the day to see if this Hamburglar continues to make waves... Pretty awesome story. |

The Blues lost 2-1 in a shootout to the Jets last night in a highly entertaining game... The Blues powerplay is still not as sharp as it was when Kevin Shattenkirk was in the lineup... |
