Yeah there's a few places that have it. I think besides HP, Madison Hgts and Royal Oak and some others. But the vast majority do not. I pretty sure my CMTS cannot simply be upgraded and needs to be changed out, so I'm not expecting anything soon.

Also the delay to upgrade many people to more HDs (from July to October) has put everything back.

Don't know whats up, but today (11-15-10) I've been getting 1 hr leases on my internet and my IP has changed 3 times!!.
Could be just maintenance, but I haven't noticed any differences.
