In about 6 mo. call and ask for the promo rate and see if they will lower it to 29.95 for 3 to 6 months. They will usually do this about once a year if you ask for it.
NEO won't do that all the time. You keep doing that they'll tell you to screw off. Dayton is it's own system. NEO will drop you like a rock with your promotions and tell you there is nothing they can do as they are for "new customers" and they define that as someone who has NOT had service for 90days..
