My friend has a modem that will only sync up to docsis 1.1 complaince on a docsis 3.0 ubee modem. He pays for the ultra 60 service and currently is receiving 13 mb down. The ubee's downstream led does not turn orange it stays green no matter what the signal is. Here's a screen shot of the modems signal page.
