Same Story I have similar issues and I've mostly given up talking to tech support. As I type this, I'm connected to a 768Kbps ATT DSL line I had to order as backup because my digitalpath is down... again. It is extremely unreliable and amazing that they are allowed to offer VoiceIP plans with service that fails so often.
Now I hear commercials on the radio about their speedy broadband and it's frustrating knowing it can't even handle the customers they have now, although I imagine many cancel their service. I suspect the speed problems are a limitation to a wireless infrastructure when many users are online at once. During off hours digitalpath can perform OK, but most of us are at work then.
