but my friend doesn't dc also...even is opening for 24hour
i using the modem for four hour,but why will dc every 2hour?
is that the line socket problem?
is there anyway to make my modem no dc at all?
cause everytime before i go out,i will opened a online game..
but when i came back, the online game will show that it was disconnected.. |

| There could be a few possibilities:
1) The "Timeout" or "idle" configuration of the ADSL modem/router could be set to 1 hour. You'll need to change it (check with your service provider or vendor)
2) Bad line quality of the line (Check with your service provider)
3) Your service provider disconnects you every 1 hour to renew IP address (most unlikely...)
I suggest you check with your service provider, they would be in a better position to help diagnose or advise you if you're not sure how to go about this.
