My sister-in-law and I also have major problems. one tech said the under ground cable must be replaced. They sent two different techs out, the last of whom called central and told them to boost power. They did and I got over 1 mb for first time (paying for 3 mb). In a week it was back down to 300kb download and 315kb upload. Sister-in-law's speed is 215 kb and 315kb upload. Neighbor gets 18 mb on cable for the same price. Guess what?
