just signed with optik

hey everyone,just signed a home bundle with optik tv and optik high speed turbo,just to find out my services are locked in their system.now i have no idea of install date or why it is locked.already get a bad feeling.what to do?the other thing is i do not have coax or phone jacks near tv's,how do they install.thanks for any help.

Not sure what you mean by locked but when I ordered my Optik TV, I was given an appointment date / timeframe before the install order was completed.

This weekend Telus is doing an upgrade on their systems including the one used to create and view orders. As a result no one will be able to provide details on your install. I'd suggest calling customer service tomorrow and ask them for your install date.

As for installing jacks / ethernet, the installer will be the person to talk to when he's on site. It will depend on where the TVs are located and how easy it will be to get wires to where they are.
