There really isn't one anymore. They were under the Gigaset Portal, but no longer.

Wow, so did Siemens just abandon making modems altogether ? weird there is no more support for existing customers and why would they buy out Efficient and then abandon the product line altogether ?

Well the 4200 is obsolete and the next newest Modem they produced is called a Gigaset SE587.

Is there anything specific you want to know about any model? I have a personal archive of web page images, PDF files like Datasheet and Specification Sheets.

I have several Bell 5242E, I believe they are flashed to Bell's propriety firmware, can they be flashed to a retail 5242 or 5200 and will it still work on Bell/Teksavvy's services or any advatanges in doing so ?

There are a few issues as the 5200 are older tech, even much older than the recently obsoleted 4200. Plus in the 5200 ADSL2+ is not fully supported so you would really need the 4200 or 6500 to get full ADSL2+ speeds unless you were to obtain a Siemens Gigaset SE567 which also fully supports ADSL2+ Modulations.
