XO Service - beyond horrible

Two weeks into a trouble ticket and no one has even looked at us - per the service tech on the phone. Dropped calls and data from their T1. I've called 5 times each time being reassured that my call would be returned - oh the disappointment. I'm now into 48:05 minutes on call 6. About 20 minutes on hold for a tech and the rest waiting for a "supervisor". We've been a good customer for 5 years with out any issues but this is effecting the quality of our business. I'm close to being done. Ticket number 2178976 if someone from XO reads this and cares.
