I don't know when it starts the throttling during the day, but I'm sure it lasts up till 2am.
That's appalling. BHell should pay for that!!! |

Try and show some proof it possible. If you can't get proof, at least make it convincing. |

I already emailed HF describing the fact that I get only 30KB/s, but I didn't get any reply so far.
I'll let you know when they'll give me an answer.
Anyhow, even if I tell them that I think BHell is doing that, I don't think HE will contact them.
Well, at least I could give it a try.
