| That's not an uncommon practice. In my business, we use an outside vendor for our customer satisfaction surveys all the time. |

I burned them. Two years after they POd me with their crappy "briteport" modem I am still with Speakeasy. I'm in a location where the choices are few, especially after the merger I found a cheaper vendor, but was hoping to increase my speed rather than save money.
I noticed you can't even get pricing on the speakeasy website anymore. A few years ago I caught them dropping the price of my plan and not notifying me. I complained and got my DSL reduced $10 a month. |
