[Fiber Pics] anyone know what these wires are?

I live in a townhouse complex and everyone around us has Fios except our townhouse. Just this weekend I see new wires being connected to my nearest electric pole..could it be? Anyone know what this is?

I can't really tell too much, other than the three orange tubes hanging off the pole are just conduit, with pull strings at the end. No idea if they are for your cable provider or telco, but they definitely aren't for electric.

Looks like pull wires.. The fiber is no where close to the ends of the conduit, when they get ready to splice it, they will pull on those lines to get to the fiber then splice... thats my best guess...

Yep looks like HDPE duct with mule tape in it, ready for something to be pulled through.
