Niagara On The Lake, ON | plan to switch to Teksavvy I was with 3web for years. DSL speed dropped to crawl. Now I am with Cogeco. Have 1 year discount package deal for TV/Intern/phone. I asked to move from light to light-plus Internet package with 30g cap. Although I have a deal with Cogeco for a year at a lover rate, Cogeco started to charge $36/month for upgrade instead of $31 since it is only 3 months since the switch. Teksavvy offers a cable Internet with 200g cap for the same money! I m moving again. Cogeco have no desire to retain their customers. I am glad we have competition!!!!
Now Cogeco charges $75 disconnect charge! The big three (Bell, Rogers, Shaw) will get you anywhere they can to grab more money from you. |
