WLAN LED off, even with reset

Hi, im new here and i have a huge problem that i cant see a way to fix it. I got a new router barricade smcwbr14s-n4 and every week i got the same problem, my router desconfigurates himself, and when i try to take the router of the power, only the power led stays on and the others stay off. I cant configurate through the web interface if the WLAN led is off, btw my modem works fine, so i really need to have that WLAN on but i cant fix that, could some one enlight me about this issue? how to make wLAN turned on every time the router losses net?

Best Regard, Nádia Neto

You can go to the web interface configuration if you wired your PC or Laptop to the router.

The WLAN led off means that wireless is not enabled on the router, or a bad router.
If your router desconfigurates himself it can be many things.

1) Settings not saved to CMOS and Power fails (Make sure to save changes)
2) Bad CMOS on the router (you need to replace the router)
3) Unsecure Access Point (some one in the range of your access point is playing with you, you need to secure your AP)
4) Firmware bug (you need to update to the lastest firmware from the manufactures support web page)
