| Try the Verizon Direct Forum Try seeing if you can get all of this resolved by dropping a post in the Verizon Direct forum on this site. They are pretty good at getting things resolved.

I have used them in the past and they have been able to fix things for me.
They can get in touch with more resources than the normal tier 1 CSR's and they just may get this mess straightened out.
